Why Thought Process

Illustration of a computer at a desk

Thought Process is a place to jot down ideas before they disappear.

I wanted a home for ideas that are still forming, lessons that are worth preserving, and perspectives I want to test in public.

Some posts here will be technical. Some will be shorter notes. Some will be a way to pressure-test how I think against the people doing the best work in the industry.

What this blog is for

What ties the writing here together is simple:

  • I want to document what I am learning.
  • I want to keep useful ideas close at hand.
  • I want the work behind the work to have a home.

Why publish in public

Writing forces clarity.

It is easy to carry half-formed ideas around in your head and mistake familiarity for understanding. Publishing them creates a higher standard. It forces the argument to stand on its own, and it makes it easier to compare your thinking with the people shaping the industry.

Ultimately, I want this site to help me share what I am seeing, sharpen my thinking, and check ideas against other leaders in software, AI, and the cloud native space.
